DORETHA RUTH LOCK
Born June 28, 1968
The Prophetess, The Reverend Doretha Ruth Lock, is a native of Milwaukee, WI and was born to the marriage union of Minister Cal E. Lock, Sr. and Marilyn Ruth (Rogers) Lock. She is the middle child of five siblings and one of a twin who passed away before birth.
Raised in a Christian Home
Doretha Ruth was born and raised into an amazing Christian family. Her parents were simply phenomenal. Both of her grandfathers were pastors over large assemblies within the Milwaukee, WI area; Apostle Elbridge Lock and Bishop William Rogers.
Education
Doretha received her education within the Milwaukee County Public School System and obtain two Associate Degrees along the way.

Ministry
The Reverend Lock has served in almost every ministry of the church since childhood, including Tots for Jesus, Children's Church, Middle School, and High School, Choir, Usher, Worship and Preaching Ministries.
Doretha is passionate about connecting people to God and others through her everyday life. She has the natural ability to bring joy and laughter into every room she enters. Her friendly smile is the first thing you will see when you come into her presence.
Ordained Minister
Reverend Lock is an Ordained Minister of the Gospel and has been preaching the Good News of Jesus Christ since 1988. God uses Doretha (Dede) to reveal the powerful meaning of God’s love and inspiration. Being a precious jewel, her personal testimony impact women throughout the world and the lives of many have not only been transformed, but saved.
The Scriptures testify that one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit is Prophecy (Ephesians 4:11).
Doretha speaks with prophetic authority and provides comfort to women, while something spiritual is happening; broken hearts are healed, restored and set free from prisons of abuse, shame, pain, doubt, heartache and fear.
This woman of God preaches the "Good News Gospel of Jesus Christ" in such a refreshing and passionate way, that it captivates the hearts and souls of everyone in the room.
Changing lives, building futures; Dede is giving back so that others can become their best selves; pursuing their own dreams and their own aspirations.

Family Life
Among Doretha's greatest achievements is her family. Doretha is a divorced mom of 5 lovely children Paulara, Paul, Christopher, Roman and Rashi; a mother in-law to the beautiful Keyaira; and the grandmother to the most adorable little babies in the world! Chloe and Paul, III. She is a dedicated woman of God with great compassion, love and grace.
Reverend Lock is truly a woman of unshakable faith, massive strength and an amazing conqueror in the face of adversity. She is an exquisite woman of God with insight, wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. She is certainly a powerful reflection of Proverbs 31 and a true example of a “Woman of Noble Character”.
